Land Registry Title Plans

RG Surveys are able to produce title plans for Land Registry purpose quickly and efficiently.

Using OS data downloaded from our mapping agent, captured survey data or a combination of both, RG Surveys can produce Title Plans in accordance with the Land Registry.

Downloaded OS data can be transformed into Title Plans in a matter of hours using our CAD services. Existing Title Plans can be amended or split into different Titles using proposed boundary lines taken from the OS Data or new boundary lines surveyed on site. Rights of way and shared access can also be plotted.

RG Surveys have the CAD capabilities and experience to quickly create Title Plans and plot them at the relevant scales. Emailing pdf files to the client or directly to the client's solicitor is a prompt and efficient means of obtaining initial approval. Once approval has been given, RG Surveys can produce the necessary plotted drawings to enable the sale of the newly created parcels of land.
