Setting Out and Monitoring

RG Surveys undertake setting out, monitoring and as built surveys. Through vast experience and the use of the latest CAD and surveying equipment, information from consultant's drawings can be quickly interpreted and set out on site.

Consultant's drawings can be emailed direct to the office, the information on these drawings can then be interpreted and uploaded directly onto our Total Station Theodolites. The points set out on site are automatically recorded for quality assurance purposes, stating the time, date and accuracy of each point set out.

The monitoring of surrounding buildings or façades for retention whilst demolition or construction is in progress provides assurance to the contractors on site. RG Surveys can set up and monitor points on or around sites. Regular measurements can be taken and comparisons made.

All RG Surveys staff comply with the company's Health and Safety policy, carry CSCS cards and carry and use their own Personal Protective Equipment.

RG Surveys are covered by over £1 million of Professional Indemnity insurance. The Health and Safety policy and Risk Assessments for each individual site are also adopted by staff attending.
